Sixer Street Privacy Policy
1. Summary
Sixer Street is a casual cricket game. We (the developer) do not ask you to create an account and do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos or precise location. Your scores, coins and settings stay on your device. The game shows advertisements served by Google AdMob, and Google collects some device data to do that, described below.
2. Data stored on your device only
The app saves the following on your device (Android "shared preferences"). It never leaves your device through anything we built, and it is deleted when you uninstall the app:
- best scores per match format, coins, daily-streak day and last claim date;
- your settings (sound and volumes, music, commentator voice, haptics, batting controls, language and accessibility options);
- whether the tutorial has been shown and which format you last played;
- one saved match in progress (score, overs, wickets, bowler, field, the random seed for the next ball) so you can resume it.
We cannot see this data. There is no cloud backup by us. (Android's own device backup may include app data if you have it enabled; that is between you and Google.)
3. Data collected by advertising (Google AdMob)
The app uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to show banner, interstitial and rewarded ads. When an ad is requested, Google may collect and use:
- Advertising ID (the resettable Android advertising identifier) and other device identifiers;
- approximate location inferred from your IP address;
- device and app information such as device model, operating system version, language, screen size, the app's package name and version, and whether an ad was shown, clicked or watched to the end;
- diagnostics about ad delivery and crashes inside the ads SDK.
Google uses this to serve and measure ads, to prevent fraud, and, where you have consented or where the law allows, to personalise ads. Google's own privacy policy and its description of how it uses data from partner apps apply: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
You can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of ad personalisation in your device's Google settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
3a. Analytics and crash reports (Google Firebase)
If and when the developer switches them on (they are off in the current version), the app uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand how the game is played and to fix crashes. They may collect:
- a random installation identifier and the advertising ID already used for ads;
- usage events such as matches started and finished, scores, which rewarded ads were offered, watched or failed, daily goals and challenges, unlocks and purchases of in-game cosmetics (coins only), and settings changes such as turning reminders on;
- crash logs and diagnostics (device model, OS version, app version, the stack trace of a crash);
- remote configuration values fetched from Firebase (numbers such as ad frequency and reward sizes); nothing about you is sent for this.
No names, email addresses, contacts or message contents are collected. The data is processed by Google under https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy. Analytics is not used to show ads.
4. Consent and your choices
- In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the app shows Google's consent message (User Messaging Platform) before requesting ads. You can change your choice at any time from the Privacy Policy → Manage ad privacy choices button in the app.
- In US states with privacy laws, the same mechanism is used where required.
- Declining personalised ads does not stop the game from working; you may see non-personalised ads instead.
- Rewarded ads are only ever shown when you tap a button that says an ad will be shown.
We record your consent status on the device so the SDK knows what you chose. We do not receive it ourselves.
5. Data we do NOT collect
No accounts, passwords, names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, photos, microphone, precise GPS location, payment details or health data. Coins are earned by playing and cannot be bought or cashed out. Card or bank details are never seen by us: optional purchases (see 5a) are handled entirely by Google Play. The app requests only the permissions it needs (internet for ads and Play Billing, optional notifications if you turn reminders on, and vibration for haptics).
5a. Purchases (Google Play Billing)
The app offers an optional one-time purchase (Sixer Street Premium: no forced ads, bonus coins and cosmetics) and may offer a one-time starter pack. Purchases are processed by Google Play. Google handles your payment method and receipts under its own terms and privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). We receive only whether a purchase is active (a purchase token and product ID) so the app can unlock what you bought and let you restore it on a new device. We never see your card or bank details.
6. Children
Sixer Street is not directed at children under 13 and is listed for ages 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The ads SDK is configured without child-directed treatment. If you believe a child under 13 has used the app and that data was collected through the ads SDK, contact us at hello@buidraft.in and we will help you ask Google to delete it.
7. Data sharing and sale
We do not sell personal data. The only third party receiving data from the app is Google (AdMob), for the purposes in section 3. Google may share data with its ad-technology partners under its own policies; the consent message in the EEA/UK lists those partners.
8. Retention
Data on your device stays until you clear the app's data or uninstall it. Data collected by Google is retained under Google's policies, not ours.
9. Security
Data on your device is stored in the app's private storage. Ad requests are sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) by the Google SDK.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, or to object to its processing. Because we hold no personal data about you, these requests mostly concern Google: use the device Ads settings, the in-app consent button, or Google's privacy tools at https://myaccount.google.com. You can also write to us at hello@buidraft.in and we will point you to the right place.
11. Changes
We will update this page when the app's data use changes and change the effective date above. Significant changes will be mentioned in the app's store listing release notes.
